  • Minimum $100k W2 payroll on qualified projects
  • 20% credit on qualified expenses, up to $500k
  • $100k payroll requirement also covers the general spending requirement

Tier 2

$500,000
  • Minimum $250k W2 payroll on qualified projects
  • Additional $250k in qualified spending; may be payroll and other expenses
  • 20% credit on qualified expenses
  • 10% bonus credit on footage shot in Georgia, if unclaimed by production
